Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Officer - Project Operation, located in Mumbai. The role includes overseeing and managing operational processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of project logistics. Responsibilities include monitoring logistics workflows, ensuring compliance with company operational practices and standards, creating detailed operational reports, analyzing data for process optimization, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Operations Management, including logistical planning and execution
  • Analytical and Finance skills for evaluating data, managing costs, and optimizing processes
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in project or logistics operations management will be advantageous
