Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations/Project Manager to join our Mumbai team. This versatile role requires a proactive professional who can manage diverse tasks, coordinate projects, and support leadership in operational activities. The role offers significant exposure to cross-functional responsibilities in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and follow through on operational tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations and business documents for internal and external needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Support in general management, project execution, and operational duties.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a reputable college (top-tier B-School preferred).
  • Strong foundation in general management, operations, and project execution.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Based in Mumbai and willing to work from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
