We're looking for a motivated
Operations / Project Manager
who can manage day-to-day operations, coordinate between teams, and ensure our projects run smoothly as we grow.
What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across sales, marketing, and development teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both
    tech and marketing teams
    to ensure alignment on projects and goals.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance milestones.
  • Handle documentation, verification, and coordination with clients or partners.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Assist management in planning, reporting, and process setup.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or project management (
    sales experience not required
    ).
  • Willing to learn and grow
    with the company in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Sheets, CRMs, task trackers).
