Along with a strong presence in B2C and B2R markets, XtraCover is now expanding its B2E (Business to Enterprise) vertical to support corporates, SMEs, and startups in adopting sustainable IT assets while reducing costs.
Job Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2E vertical. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation and deal closure to maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proactive "hunter" mindset and a proven track record in corporate or enterprise sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and BTL activities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME and corporate accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns related to product quality, warranty, and cost.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and account acquisition targets.
- Share regular market insights and sales forecasts with management.
- Travel across Delhi NCR and occasionally pan-India for client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in IT hardware, SaaS, or office automation.
- Hands-on experience selling mobile devices or laptops.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate business solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
