Job Overview

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2E vertical. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle—from lead generation and deal closure to maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proactive "hunter" mindset and a proven track record in corporate or enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and BTL activities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and pitch tailored solutions.
  • Address client concerns related to product quality, warranty, and cost.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and account acquisition targets.
  • Share regular market insights and sales forecasts with management.
  • Travel across Delhi NCR and occasionally pan-India for client meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in IT hardware, SaaS, or office automation.
  • Hands-on experience selling mobile devices or laptops.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate business solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
