Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Automobile Industry
Location: Lower parel
Department: Sales
Experience: 4–7 years (at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role in automobile sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive showroom and field sales for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance.
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
- Ensure excellent customer experience, handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Coordinate with CRM, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
- Maintain compliance with dealership and OEM standards.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding automobile sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and prepare action plans.
- Knowledge of automobile market trends, financing, and insurance processes.
Qualification:
- Graduate (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing preferred).
- Automobile industry background is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹32,000.00 per month
