NaaS Solutions Head

Job description

  • Design Enterprise Network Solution Architecture for all NaaS Products, ensuring that it meets the customers business requirements.
  • Help in Pre-sale step for the technical qualification for the customer's needs.
  • Participate in Architecture discussion to work through Risk,Security,Capacity and Performance parameters.
  • To get the POCs executed as per the agreed solution and prepare the solution document.
  • Get the customer wise HLD/LLD prepared and hand hold all technical discussions with pre-sales and network delivery/assurance teams.
  • Support and manage internal and external teams working- Lead the discussions with Pre-sales/OEM teams for non-standard /not feasible aspects and how those aspects can be built in solution and to get all Non-standard solutions tested before rollout.
  • Should work for continuous innovation and simplification of the processes to enhance the end customer experience.
  • Ensure that we have right set of documentation repository for all solutions provided to the end customers.
  • Ensure the continuous learning of the team wrt the latest of the technology.
  • To build a highly motivated & engaged team and ensure that right culture is built in the team with an accountability and ownership to always work for enhancing the end customer experience.

Skills:-

  • Excellent knowledge of Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, QOS, VOIP
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Innovative thinker.
  • Strategic Mindset, Ability to see the - big picture
  • Willingness to take end to end ownership.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cisco Viptella/Fortinet SDWAN
  • Excellent knowledge of Virtualization and Orchestrator.
  • Excellent knowledge of building SDWAN solution in multi-cloud environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of SDWAN, DPI & Application visibility, QoS, Security policies,
  • SaaS optimization, Cloud On Ramp, API Integration & service chaining.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Cisco ISR,ASR,cVdge/cEdge etc.
  • Good knowledge of cloud domain in AWS and Azure infrastructure.
  • CCNP or similar level of certifications
