We're Hiring: Head of Engineering

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Full-time | Senior Leadership

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Head of Engineering to lead our engineering teams in planning, designing, and implementing wireless networks, ensuring reliability and scalability of infrastructure and services. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and innovation to deliver high-quality wireless solutions.

Key Responsibilities-

* Develop and execute engineering strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends

* Lead, mentor, and manage teams across network planning, RF engineering, software, and infrastructure

* Oversee projects to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery

* Stay updated on emerging technologies, driving innovation and improvements

* Collaborate with product, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver compliant solutions

* Lead design and implementation of AI-based backhaul/fronthaul, automation, and service delivery

* Assess and optimize network performance, reliability, and scalability

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage budgets, vendors, and timelines

Qualifications & Skills Required-

* Master's/PhD in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

* 10+ years in telecom engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership

* Expertise in wireless (4G/5G, RF systems, small cells, RAN, backhaul)

* Strong knowledge of IP networking, OSS/BSS, and network security

* Familiarity with OTA updates, remote diagnostics, and spectrum regulations

* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
