Job Summary:
Head - SEO

We are actively seeking a highly capable SEO Head with a strong background in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and content management at a significant scale, resulting in substantial traction. As an SEO Head, you will be instrumental in taking our SEO strategy to new heights, leveraging your extensive experience of 8-10 years in the field.

Collaborating closelywith our Product,Marketing, Business, and Technology teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and achieving scalability.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the acquisition of high-quality organictraffic and optimizeconversions through organic channels. Collaborate with the Technology, Product, Content, Marketing, and Analytics teams to achieve this objective.

  2. Provide actionable recommendations for on-site optimization, encompassing site structure, creative design, keyword and link development strategies, and content optimization.

  3. Manage domainauthority, page trust metrics, link building, and keyword strategies to enhance rankings across all search networks.

  4. Generate comprehensive reports on SEO performance acrossvarious markets and effectively communicate these insights throughout the organization.

  5. Lead and strategize the overall ContentMarketing efforts, while providing SEO analysis and recommendations.

  6. Conduct thoroughkeyword and audienceresearch to ensurethe development and optimization of content that drives impactful results.

  7. Collaborate with the development team to ensureproper implementation of SEO best practices in both existing and newly developed code.

  8. Demonstrate proficiency in handling SEO initiatives acrossmultiple domains.

  9. Oversee on-siteSEO performance, which involves enhancingon-site optimization, internal link structure, addressing potential indexation issues, reviewing, and adding valuable content, and resolving website health issues.

  10. Manage off-site SEO performance by claiming, verifying, and ensuring accuracyof all mandatory listings, and monitoring critical listings for accuracy.
