About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead Customer Success Manager
to lead a high-performing team and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Customer Success and a solid understanding of AI or SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities across accounts.
  • Ensure customer success metrics and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a team-lead or managerial position.
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth.
