Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Your Impact:
Preferably someone from a little bit of Tech background who worked with Enterprise customers
- Open to profiles like Support account manager, Service Delivery Manager or Customer facing Project manager.
- 8+ years of customer-facing sales and/or service delivery roles
- Past experience as Customer Success Manager, Escalations Manager, Technical Account Management, Customer Support Management, or similar roles desired
- Customer centric attitude and focus on providing best-in-class service for customers and collaborators
- Customer Success: Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment by owning the customer's on-boarding, adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and partners to drive cybersecurity solution adoption and ensure they are leveraging the solution to achieve full business value
- Collaboration and Influence: Strong capacity for Influencing, negotiating, and delegating effort
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Leadership and communication skills: Experience in being able to effectively lead and motivate a team of cross functional professionals
- Expertise in communicating complex topics in a clear and concise manner to different tiers of audiences(highly technical, less technical, executives, practitioner
- Cybersecurity experience big plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,600,000.00 per year
