Roles and ResponsibilitiesStakeholder mapping of important ministries, professional associations and societies to impactfully shape healthcare policy ecosystem conducive to BSV's interest
Undertake field assessment, data analysis and system evaluation of the existing health programs, policies and state specific initiatives Provide on-site technical assistance and collaborate with states and implementing agencies for market access and business
Coordinate, liaison and support Govt health offices in situational analysis and leveraging resources for BSV therapy areas and develop strategy road map
Develop and document analytical reports, IEC and technical documents, policy briefs for feedback sharing and debriefing
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, institution business team) to deliver strategic objectives of the company
Ability to continue collaboration with health departments and position as a technical partner for the business areas of the company
Represent BSV with leaders at important govt. and industry national healthcare conferences and events to drive increased focus of BSV's impactful work in public health domainEligibilityAny Medical graduate + MPH with 2+ years of experience in public health domain
Previous experience of liaising and advocacy for health system strengthening and policy shaping with NHM will be preferred Strong knowledge of National health programs and Govt initiatives, functions and operations of various stakeholders in the public health domain is essential (MoHFW, NHA, DGHS, NHSRC, ICMR, DoP, NITI Ayog) Competencies and Strengths RequiredComprehensive understanding of current and new global and India health policies, programs and health system functions Ability to analyse the impact of Central and state government's healthcare initiatives on the organization's business and strategy
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Strong inter-personal and network building abilities are essential for internal and external relationships management
Strategic Agility- Ability to drive projects in an evolving business and policy environment to meet short and long-term goals
Experience of designing, implementing and handling multistakeholder programs in collaboration with State govts / NGOs / International NGOs to drive revenue growth
Travel approximately 50% of their working time is expected
