We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Public Health BIM Modeler.

Key Responsibilities
  • BIM Development: Create detailed models for public health projects, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.
  • Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts before construction begins.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and deliver BIM results on time.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience using Revit & Navisworks and a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. Experience in Middle East projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services is essential. Basic design knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services is an added advantage.

About the Position

This role requires a strong understanding of BIM technology and its applications in public health projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
