Position: Vice President - Market Access and Policy Access Strategy Development

  • Formulate and execute strategies to ensure patients benefit from access programs led by central and state health policies, enabling significant contribution to business growth (2025 PERCENT ).
Government & Institutional Advocacy
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders in ESI, ECHS, CGHS, PSUs, state health departments, and similar government bodies to advocate for patient access and inclusion of therapies.
Policy Engagement & Positioning
  • Develop and present evidence-backed position papers, case studies, and health outcome data to policymakers to support informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Relations
  • Build and maintain strong networks with central, state, and local level health authorities, think tanks, and policy influencers involved in shaping public health agendas.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with regional business development teams to support and drive outcomes from public health access programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Thought Leadership
  • Represent the organization in public forums, conferences, and advisory panels to shape the dialogue around public health access and innovative healthcare delivery.
