Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Vice President-Fermentation & Enzymes Unit located in Mumbai. The Vice President will oversee the daily operations of the Fermentation & Enzymes Unit, ensuring processes are efficient and meet high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, leading the development of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving production efficiency. The role also involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in fermentation processes and enzyme technology
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic planning, business analysis, and revenue generation skills
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent people management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to evaluate business needs and create comprehensive improvement strategies
  • A degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field is required
  • Experience in the Indian pharmaceutical market is a plus
