About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team as a Revenue Rockstar. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of building and leading our global inside sales engine for a flagship product in the hiring domain. You will work directly with the founders to convert our early momentum into scalable growth across the US, APAC, and Middle East regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-velocity inside sales strategy targeting global markets.

  • Lead revenue generation efforts, manage pipeline conversion, and build a robust sales team.

  • Drive both outbound and inbound sales motions to secure mid-market and enterprise HR tech deals.

  • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, pricing strategies, product demos, and founder-led pilots.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates to optimize sales funnels.

  • Confidently represent Gappeo in discussions with CHROs, founders, and Talent Acquisition heads.

Who You Are:

  • Possess 4+ years of proven sales success in HR tech, SaaS, or recruitment platforms.

  • Have deep sales experience in the US, APAC, and MENA hiring or HR software markets.

  • Exhibit strong storytelling abilities and a closer mentality with a hunter mindset.

  • Are data-driven, hands-on, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup.

  • Have experience in building and mentoring a lean inside sales team.

  • Excel in navigating ambiguity and are eager to take ownership of outcomes.
