Role Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic sales planning, coaching, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns, and performance tracking methods.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Handle high-value client communications, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales executives.
  • Monitor competition and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of inside sales experience, including 1–3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
