Job Summary

Applying a detail-oriented and analytical apparoach to data reporting, as well as Workday reporting expertise and a stong, practical knowledge of HR work functions, this role will design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting and dashboards to support Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Talent Development, Compensation, and Payroll.Essential Job Functions

• Reporting Optimization: Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discover Boards. Evaluate and improve existing reporting to ensure customer expectations are met. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions %)
• Analysis, Consulting, and Data Clarification: Work with various colleagues across HR, as well as with Finance and IT to understand data needs and translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Provide insights to support decision-making and identifies trends and anomalies in HR and Payroll data %)
• Workday Configuration and Integration Support: Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday reporting solutions. Maintain Workday security settings related to reporting access and permissions %)
• Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing of new and modified reports to ensure data integrity. Troubleshoot reporting- and data-related issues and work with stakeholders to resolve problems %)
• Stakeholder Training & Support: Provide training for stakeholders on using workday reporting tools and create documentation to support learning. Provide on-going consultation regarding optimized use of Workday reports %)
• Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure all reports comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Support audit- and compliance-related reporting needs %)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other Technology-related Field
• 2+ years of experience applying that knowledge in working as a Workday Reporting SME on an HR team in a mid- to large-size organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying that knowledge in working as a Workday Reporting SME on an HR team in a mid- to large-size organization.
