Location: Bangalore

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday Support Analyst who will provide operational and technical support for HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday and other HR applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems such as Workday, Taleo, and HR Onboarding applications.
  • Generate and analyze reports using Business Objects or other reporting tools.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure smooth HR process execution.
  • Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  • Create presentations and reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (specialization in Human Resources preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — ability to build trust, interact, and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, "figure things out," and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Workday, Taleo, Business Objects, or other HR/ATS tools is an advantage.
