We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to handling various administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions, supporting leadership in decision-making, and executing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to departments and leadership teams.
  • Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication of meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and organize office documentation, including filing, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Maintain databases and ensure accurate records are kept.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in fluent English.
  • Support in organizing events, travel arrangements, and any logistical needs.
  • Handle general office duties such as answering phones, handling mail, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage both physical and electronic mail, ensuring all correspondence is appropriately distributed or replied to in a timely manner.
  • Implement office procedures and improve efficiency where needed.
  • Assist in special projects and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with email management tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail,ZOHO) for handling professional communication efficiently.
  • Experience with data management software, CRM systems, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to perform data entry tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹32,693.26 per month
