Location: Andheri West - Mumbai
The Role
We are seeking a spiritually-aware and highly creative Performance Marketing Designer to be the visual heart of our marketing efforts. This role is for a storyteller who can translate the profound narratives of the Ramayana and the devotion of Hanuman into compelling ad creatives for platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.
You will be responsible for creating visuals that capture attention, evoke emotion, and inspire our audience to connect with our mission. While this is a performance marketing role, your primary focus will be on authentic storytelling and creative excellence, working in close collaboration with the marketing team to understand campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Spiritual Storytelling:
Translate the profound stories, values, and symbolism from the Ramayana and the persona of Shri Hanuman into visually stunning and emotionally resonant ad creatives. - Creative Production:
Design and produce a high volume of engaging static and video ad creatives for our campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (YouTube, GDN). - Funnel-Specific Design:
Develop creative communication tailored to different stages of the audience journey: - Top of Funnel (ToFU):
Create thumb-stopping content that introduces Ayodhyatra and builds awareness through beautiful, inspiring visuals. - Middle of Funnel (MoFU):
Design creatives that build a deeper connection, educating our audience about our offerings and building trust. - Bottom of Funnel (BoFU):
Craft clear and compelling creatives with strong calls-to-action that encourage engagement and conversion. - Trend-Spotting:
Actively monitor social media and cultural trends, especially within the spiritual and devotional content space, to create timely, relevant, and shareable creatives. - Video Narratives:
Craft powerful stories within short-form video formats (6, 10, 15, and 30 seconds), optimized for mobile-first viewing. - Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the performance marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience insights. Use this feedback to iterate and refine creatives to improve their impact. - Brand Integrity:
Uphold the brand identity of Ayodhyatra, ensuring all creatives are respectful, authentic, and consistent with our core values.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Cultural & Spiritual Acumen:
A deep knowledge and personal appreciation for Indian spirituality, particularly the narratives of the
Ramayana
and the significance of
Shri Hanuman
. This is fundamental to creating authentic and respectful content. - Experience:
2-5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. - Portfolio:
A portfolio is a
must
. It should demonstrate a strong command of visual design, and ideally, showcase a sensibility for cultural, emotional, or spiritual themes. - Creative Agility:
A proven ability to quickly identify emerging trends and creatively adapt them for a niche brand. You are always "on top of things." - Software Skills:
High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or tools like Figma. - Video Skills:
Solid skills in video editing and motion graphics to create engaging short-form video ads. - Communication:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

- A good understanding of broader brand marketing principles.
- Experience in designing for offline marketing materials (e.g., brochures, event banners, standees).
- Basic copywriting skills for ad headlines and short copy.
