  1. Analyzing tender documents, specifications and drawing to determine project requirements.

  2. preparing accurate quantity take- offs and cost estimates for materials , labor and equipment.

  3. collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate costing.

  4. identifying and quantifying cost-saving opportunities during the tender process.

  5. Preparing and submitting tender proposals within deadlines.

  6. Assisting in the negotiations of contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.

  7. Maintaining accurate records of tender documents , contracts and correspondence.

Qualifications

Bachelors' degree in Civil Engineering

candidates prefer with minimum 2 year experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
