Tender Management Specialist

As a key player in transforming businesses through data center solutions, cybersecurity, and digital workplace innovations, we are seeking an experienced GeM / Tender Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing our GeM operations and tender processes across various government sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
- Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
- Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers
- Monitor market opportunities in the government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in GeM operations and government tender management
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies
- Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools
