Assistant to the director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and dynamic Assistant to the Director, preferably a woman aged 30+, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, coordinating, and providing executive-level support. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, highly organized, adaptable, and willing to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's travel arrangements, including ticketing, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office schedules.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support in planning and execution of events, projects, and official engagements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Female, age 30+ preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor, grooming, and ability to represent the office effectively.
