Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Technical Director in daily project management activities across multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare, review, and update project reports, presentations, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, highlighting variances and risks to the Technical Director.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for project-related activities.
  • Support in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract administration.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, approvals, and project correspondences.
  • Conduct site visits to track progress, prepare status reports, and provide feedback to the Technical Director.
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of technical proposals for upcoming projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the Technical Director and internal teams for effective communication and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹70,000.00 per month
