Role Overview

We are looking for a
Project Coordinator
who will play a key role in
project planning, coordination, and execution
across various technical and industrial domains. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are well-organized, on schedule, and aligned with client and company goals.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, global partners, and cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
    to meet timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal departments — technical, procurement, logistics, and finance — to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Prepare and maintain
    project documentation, reports, and status updates
    .
  • Assist in
    budget tracking, resource management, and project reporting
    .
  • Schedule and document project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Liaise with
    clients, vendors, and contractors
    for communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks or delays to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and safety norms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration
    (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in project coordination, planning, or project support roles — preferably in
    engineering, industrial sectors
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    project management tools
    (MS Project, Excel, or equivalent).
  • Excellent
    communication, organizational, and documentation
    skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
