Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Assistant Manager-IT. The Assistant Manager-IT will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing IT projects, and ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of systems. Daily tasks will include network management, system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Proficiency in network management, system upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of IT security protocols and practices
  • Project management skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or trade sector is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
