Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the hostel, and manage staff. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping, coordinating maintenance tasks, addressing resident concerns, and upholding the high standards of service and cleanliness. Additionally, this role involves assisting with guest check-ins/outs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service to create a pleasant stay for residents.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to supervise operations, oversee maintenance, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Customer service experience and the ability to address resident concerns professionally
