Assistant Manager - Engineering | Location: Chennai

As an Assistant Manager - Engineering, you will support the Engineering Team in overseeing projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery. Collaborate across departments, optimize processes, and be a driver of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects
- Supervise and support the engineering team in their daily tasks
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project progress and report to management
- Drive process improvements for efficiency
- Support budget planning and resource allocation
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering or relevant field
Min. 5 years experience, preferably from Process, Oil & Gas Industry
Proficient in design software: SolidWorks, PV Elite, AutoCAD, etc.,
Strong leadership and team management skills
Project management expertise
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills
