The Role's MandateThis is a dynamic, salaried management role where your success is built on expert customer advisory. You are the dedicated Relationship Manager for a provided portfolio of existing customers (Book of Relations). Your primary goal is to first deliver impeccable service and ensure high policy retention. You then capitalize on that relationship by providing professional financial advice to successfully upsell and cross-sell new insurance solutions.

Activity Note: The role requires frequent in-person customer engagements and daily advisory meetings outside the branch, as relationship building is crucial to success.
