Job Title: Home Loan Associate (Field Sale)

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Home Loan Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in understanding and availing home loan products, guiding them through the documentation process, and ensuring smooth loan disbursement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a good understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers and explain home loan products and eligibility criteria.
  • Generate leads through various channels and follow up for conversion.
  • Assist customers in completing the loan application and documentation process.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to process loan applications.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and loan applications.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in finance, business, or related fields).
  • Prior experience in home loans, banking, or financial services preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of loan products, eligibility, and documentation process.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
