GSC Professional – Continental

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSC Continental (Hot & Cold) to join our team at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
• Supervise and train staff members to achieve excellent customer service standards.
• Maintain high levels of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing restaurants or hotels, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
