Hybrid Work: 3 Days WFO and 2 Days WFH

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure audited timely and accurate closing of books - month-end, preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS 115, Companies Act requirements and US GAAP.
  • Preparation of Annual Budgets and Financial Forecasts Approved Budgets, Variance Reports etc.
  • Thorough knowledge of indirect and direct tax laws; ensures timely filing, payment, and reconciliations under GST and Income Tax Act. (GST, Income Tax, TDS filings, ROC/AGM/FEMA/ODI/ECB
  • Hands-on experience coordinating with auditors and ensuring clean reports for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Hands-on experience in using Tally software for day-to-day accounting, closing entries, ledger maintenance, and statutory reports.
  • Excellent knowledge of using MS Excel for financial modeling, pivot analysis, dashboards, reconciliations, and automation of reports.
  • Strong working knowledge of ROC filings, AGM requirements, director appointments, and statutory registers under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Comply with Companies Act, FEMA for foreign payments.
  • Experienced in managing treasury activities including daily cash position, working capital optimization
  • Comply with Transfer Pricing Guidelines on Intercompany invoicing involving foreign subsidiaries.

Candidate Background:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory Qualification with Post qualification experience of a minimum 8+ Years.
  • Should be currently working independently as a Finance Manager with experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Should have excellent English verbal and written skills, as roles involves working with Global Offices and Client Connect.
