The company is also an authorized connectivity provider for Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) and Puducherry Pollution Control Committee (PPPCC).

Role Description

The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee the financial health of the company through activities including financial planning, monitoring, and control. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing the budget, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing reporting. The role also involves developing financial strategies and analyzing financial data to inform key business decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating financial performance and decision-making
  • Ability to adhere to and enforce financial compliance and regulations
  • Experience managing accounting teams and financial operations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
