Job Title: Business Development Executive – Inside Sales (Upskilling Department)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Upskilling Department. The role requires identifying and connecting with working professionals to generate and convert leads for our online degree programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach:
  • Use various platforms (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with working professionals interested in online degree programs.
  • Counseling & Conversion:
  • Provide detailed information about our programs, including benefits, curriculum, and career outcomes.
  • Understand prospects' professional needs and recommend suitable programs to match their goals.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly lead conversion and revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
  • Follow-ups & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, cold calling, or counseling (preferably in education or upskilling).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to connect with working professionals and understand their career aspirations.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a knack for closing sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
