Key Responsibilities

• Guide and counsel students/professionals about academic programs and career pathways.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information and resolve queries.
• Counsel students on program benefits, admission procedures, and career prospects.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and counselling targets.
• Build strong rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term association.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of prior experience as an Academic Counsellor/Student Advisor/Telecounsellor (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and convincing ability.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
