We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations at one of our IT/IoT company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing process efficiencies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery in line with business goals.
Role & responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across departments including project execution, logistics, and support.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP's) to ensure smooth workflows and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverable, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, HR, Accounts) for seamless cross-functional operations.
- Manage vendor relations and ensure timely procurement of materials or services.
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management review.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and client SLAs.
- Lead operational audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions when needed.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to the operations team.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of IoT/IT services operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business Administration/
Operations or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or IoT domain.
