Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals

  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business goals.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and forecast

  • Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

  • Work closely with the product development & innovation teams to ensure alignment with market demands and trends

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing commercial sales team

  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales productivity

  • Lead initiatives to expand market reach and brand visibility

  • Co-develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand recognition

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads

Key Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably from a spectrum of frozen foods industry

  • Strong understanding of B2B, HORECA, and B2C sales channels

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire, motivate, and develop the sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies with a results-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales performance

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a competitive market

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
