Team Manager - Export Assembly

A purpose driven role for you

To Plan and Execute the System in Export Assembly area to achieve the daily targets by proper analysis and monitoring PQCDMS and in the process fulfilling customer requirements and needs.

A Day in the life

Adherence to daily production plan of Export Assembly for 100% delivery.

Daily Audits in export area for smooth operation at line

SHE Pillar Co-ordination in export assembly for safe operation

Adherence to TPM plan of export assembly to implement TPM as per management directive

People development & planning in export assembly to ensure smooth operation

Co-ordinating with PM pillar for reduction of breakdowns in export

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Min 3-5 year of experience

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Technical Knowledge of Vehicle

Knowledge of export processes

Knowledge of SAP & MS office

Problem solving tools and techniques

TPM & IMS (ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001,ISO50000

Behavioural Skills

1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills
4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach
5. Planning and decision making.
