Role

As a TM/LI - Engine Assembly you will be a part of Plant operations and will report to Section Head. Your role will be:

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the assembly process, ensuring adherence to quality, implementing efficient production techniques and handle the manpower to achieve the target production & delivery.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1) Supervise the line manpower, ensuring smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources.

2) Monitor and maintain the production planning and line setting to meet quality and delivery targets, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.

3) Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other relevant documentation, supporting effective decision-making.
