Our Client, a leading AHU & HVAC Products Manufacturing company requires a Service Engineer(AHU/HVAC) for Mumbai Location.

Position: Assistant Manager HR - Plant

Experience: 5-7years in a manufacturing set up

Location: Santej, Ahmedabad

Qualification: Any graduate

Salary: 5-11 lacs per annum

Office time: 9 AM to 6:15 PM (2 saturdays off)

Job Role:

  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
  • Maintain employees leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees attendance / absenteeism.
  • Attending / Understanding employees grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
  • Conduct exit interviews and other formalities to identify reasons for employees termination.
  • Planning of company events or activities on occasions by managements approval.
  • Ensuring safety training at regular intervals.
  • Taking care and resolving queries related to statutory compliances, labour inspection, WC policy, insurance etc.
  • Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
  • Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
  • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
  • Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
  • Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
  • Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
