Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the logistics and last-mile delivery operations in a high-growth e-pharma environment, as well as developing cross-functional supply chain strategies. Your role will involve managing end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. You will need to optimize delivery SLAs for both B2C and B2B segments, and ensure cost-efficient operations in the first-mile pickup, mid-mile transit, and last-mile drop. Key Responsibility: - Establishing and tracking KPIs related to operational performance - Conducting root cause analysis for challenges and implementing data-driven interventions - Building and managing a strong logistics partner ecosystem - Negotiating contracts and ensuring performance SLAs are met - Overseeing a team across logistics operations, supply chain planning, and network planning - Defining and executing logistics and fulfillment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives - Evaluating new distribution models and driving business transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency - Expanding into new markets and categories Qualification Required: - Proven experience in leading logistics and last-mile delivery operations - Strong understanding of supply chain strategies and optimization - Ability to establish and track KPIs for operational performance - Experience in negotiating contracts and managing logistics partner ecosystem - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams - Strategic thinking and ability to drive business transformation projects - Knowledge of new distribution models and market expansion strategies,
