Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in cold chain logistics, hazardous materials handling, and export documentation.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency and its performance. viz:-[Order Fulfillment Cycle Time, Order Accuracy Rate, Pending order Rate, Customer Complaint Rate (Fulfillment-related), Returned Orders Due to Fulfillment Errors, Fulfillment Cost per Order]
  • Identify risks (Delivery delays, transportation issues, material quality) and establish proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure supply chain processes comply with internal standards, safety guidelines, and relevant regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and ERP system enhancements.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of supply chain professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in supply chain software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
