Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Supply Chain & Operations Intern – E-Commerce, located in Mumbai. The intern will support daily logistics operations, manage inventory, assist with supply chain management processes, and ensure smooth operations. The role requires analytical and communication skills to support the operations team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and document the complete e-commerce order and warehouse operations.

Visit warehouse and logistics sites to observe operational activities.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes.

Analyze workflows related to order tracking, inventory management, and fulfillment.

Suggest improvements to optimize operational efficiency.

Prepare reports and present findings to the operations team.

Assist in setting up processes or SOPs for smoother operations.

Eligibility:

  • MBA (Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics) student
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to observe, document, and analyze processes
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations is a plus
