Job Description:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team at the Sourcing Office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process for our jewellery products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products

- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of products

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical sourcing practices

- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and improve processes

- Train and mentor junior supply chain team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the jewellery industry

- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficient in data analysis and supply chain software

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Willingness to travel as needed

  • Experience in Inventory management, preferably in the jewellery or precious metals industry.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of security and compliance regulations for handling high-value items.
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization techniques would be an added advantage.
