Role Overview:

As a
Supply Chain Transformation Consultant
for the pharmaceutical industry, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end supply chain modernization for our Aiwozo clients. You will work closely with supply planning, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and warehousing teams to assess existing processes and design optimized, future-state workflows. You will leverage digital tools, advanced planning systems, and intelligent automation, including our in-house Agentic Automation platform, Aiwozo, to bring efficiency, accuracy, and scale to core pharmaceutical supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Aiwozo client's supply chain and manufacturing teams to assess current workflows and identify transformation opportunities.
  • Design future-state processes across supply planning, rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP), inventory management, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of transformation initiatives across key supply chain areas (planning accuracy, scheduling, logistics optimization, vendor/CMO management, KPI automation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to tailor technology and automation solutions for pharmaceutical supply chain needs.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value models for supply chain transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver stakeholder presentations, workshops, and training sessions for Aiwozo client teams.
  • Stay current on pharmaceutical supply chain trends, digital supply chain tools, automation use cases, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience
    in pharmaceutical supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation.
  • Strong understanding of core supply chain processes: supply planning, RCCP, production planning, distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and vendor/CMO management.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence) and experience driving improvements.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and automation (Intelligent Automation, workflow automation, planning system enhancements).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in process mapping, KPI tracking, and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain planning systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and compliance (GMP, GxP, serialization, validation).
  • Experience with Agile delivery or cross-functional transformation programs.
