Job Overview

Reliance New Energy is seeking an experienced Team Member Manager for the Quality Assurance Module team, located in Jamnagar. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in solar manufacturing processes. The role requires a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in solar technologies, focusing on quality control and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of solar technologies with a strong emphasis on solar (Mandatory skill).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to quality enhancements.

  • Monitor production lines to detect and resolve any quality issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality control measures with company goals.
  • Training team members to maintain and exceed set quality standards for solar products.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and successful outcomes.
