Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Engineer/Asst Manager/Territory Manager in B2B Sales. The role involves consistently achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and expanding the customer base in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical advice to customers, liaising with production teams, and preparing sales reports. The role also includes ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills in B2B environments
  • Technical expertise in concrete equipment and engineering knowledge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
