The company is founded by a former Microsoft Copilot Product Manager with multiple patents in AI and user experience. We're backed by investors and are operating in 0→1 mode with sharp focus on product, growth, and user love.
Role OverviewAs Consumer Growth Lead, you will take ownership of HiAstro's acquisition and retention engine. You'll work closely with the founder to drive growth using lean, creative, and highly iterative approaches. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on organic, product-led, and community-driven growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and execute high-leverage growth hacks to drive user acquisition and engagement
Lead SEO and content-led distribution (blogs, YouTube, WhatsApp) to build top-of-funnel awareness
Build and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and referral mechanics
Drive retention through personalized lifecycle journeys and in-app nudges
Run A/B tests and work with design, product, and engineering to improve conversion
Track and analyze growth metrics across activation, retention, virality, and user feedback
Own and experiment with influencer, community, and UGC-led loops
Manage freelancers and creators to accelerate growth operations
2–5 years of experience in consumer growth or digital marketing at a high-growth consumer tech startup
Strong pedigree: worked at a breakout startup or fast-scaling D2C/consumer product company
Proven track record of scaling a consumer product (ideally from 0→1 or 1→10)
Deep hands-on experience with Meta/Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel, and retention tools
Analytical mindset — confident with dashboards, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization
Strong creative instincts — you know what drives clicks, conversions, and user love
Bias to execution: fast tester, resourceful, and results-focused
Passionate about consumer apps, cultural trends, and building something meaningful in AI
Experience in Indian consumer tech (fintech, astrology, spirituality, D2C, or AI)
Prior success with SEO, YouTube, or influencer-led growth at scale
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage junior team members or freelancers
Curiosity about astrology, consumer psychology, or building viral digital experiences
