About the role:
We are looking for a Growth Manager who can drive user acquisition, scale our community-led growth engine, and improve conversions across the funnel. You will run performance marketing, manage hyperlocal marketing, and build MatAlls Community Development Program by working closely with communities, RWAs, and Community Champions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can experiment, optimize fast, and grow demand both online and on-ground.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Digital Growth
- Run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and UAC.
- Optimize funnels to reduce CAC and increase conversions.
- Improve onboarding, retargeting, and repeat usage flows.
- Own dashboards for installs, signups, CAC, retention, ROAS, etc.
Community Development Program (Core Part of the Role)
- Identify high-potential communities and apartment complexes.
- Build and strengthen RWA and society relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage Community Champions.
- Plan and execute society-level awareness activities—banners, flyers, WhatsApp groups, meetups.
- Track champion performance, payouts, and weekly activity.
- Drive community orders and repeat usage through structured engagement.
- Create playbooks for scaling the community program across the city.
Hyperlocal Growth
- Launch and manage city-specific activation campaigns.
- Work closely with the City Manager to increase community penetration.
- Run partnerships with local retailers, influencers, and micro-creators.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work with product team on referral programs, app onboarding, and retention flows.
- Work with ops to ensure communities get smooth service (SLAs, delivery, support).
- Share insights to improve categories, pricing, or promotions.
What You Need
- upto 3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta/Google Ads and funnel optimization.
- Comfort with numbers, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.
- Ability to hustle, run on-ground activations, and coordinate with people.
- Good communication, relationship-building, and project-management skills.
- Hyperlocal or consumer app experience is a plus.
