The Role

We're looking for a
hands-on performance marketing ninja
— someone who
lives inside Meta and Google Ads
, and can make the platforms
"talk" to them
.

You'll be the
one-person army
driving profitable growth by:

  • Building and running high-performing campaigns,
  • Testing and iterating creatives relentlessly,
  • Maintaining profitable ROAS at all times,
  • Scaling budgets with precision and confidence.

This is
not
a strategist role sitting on the sidelines.

It's for a
doer

craftsman

skin in the game
and is hungry to create visible impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own all paid acquisition channels
    – Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Continuously
    analyze data, optimize campaigns
    , and ensure budgets are deployed with profitable returns.
  • Build
    creative testing systems
    , leveraging UGC, photoshoots, and repurposed content.
  • Set up
    tracking and attribution
    in collaboration with our tech team.
  • Be the
    guardian of ROAS
    – keeping performance profitable and predictable.
  • Stay on top of platform updates and algorithm changes to keep KuberBox ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with the founders to align on growth goals and strategy.

Who You Are

  • A
    specialist
    , not just a manager — you personally run campaigns every day.
  • Proven track record
    of managing high-scale ad spends for D2C brands with consistent, profitable ROAS.
  • Deep expertise in
    Meta and Google Ads
    , including campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative iteration.
  • Strong analytical skills — you understand metrics like CAC, payback, contribution margin.
  • Resourceful and
    jugaadu
    with creatives — knows how to keep content flowing without big agency budgets.
  • Hungry for
    equity and ownership
    , not just a salary.
